The 2004 Nissan 350Z Roadster has been named the official project car for this year's Los Angeles Auto Show, which is open to the public from January 2-11, 2004 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Z(R) Roadster project car will be on display in the West Hall Lobby throughout the entire show.
Evoking the adrenaline-pumping spirit of the 350Z, the much-anticipated 350Z Roadster went on sale this past summer and continues to offer sports car lovers the Z(R) Coupe's high performance excitement and dynamic driving experience but with an open top. Featuring a power-operated soft top with glass rear window, the Z(R) Roadster is designed to transform from top-up to top-down in about 20 seconds. With a base MSRP of $33,850, Z(R) Roadster sales have surpassed 4,100 units through November.

NASCAR IN CAR, television's first enhanced multi-channel digital sports package, begins its second full season with a Free Preview of the Daytona 500 on February 15, 2004. The innovative package, available only on digital cable, captured the 2003 Emmy(R) Award for Outstanding Achievement in Interactive Television and features technology that lets viewers switch from car to car with their digital cable remote, and allows them to feel the rush, adrenaline and power of NASCAR racing from the driver's seat.

Rusty Wallace, former NASCAR Winston Cup Series champion with 50 career wins, returns for his second year as the spokesman for the digital cable package. Wallace will drive the No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge for Penske Racing South during the 2004 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Season.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. 'defends' his title after winning in 2003  Friday the 13th will be the start of a "lucky" season for one NASCAR Nextel Cup driver - not on the track, but online as the 2004 Grands!(R) Biscuits NMPA NASCAR Most Popular Driver Award officially opens at www.mostpopulardriver.com.

Once again this year, racing fans can log onto the site and vote for their favorite driver. More than 40 eligible driver names are listed, with bios and team information. At the end of the season, the driver with the most fan votes will be deemed most popular. Since Pillsbury(R) Grands! Biscuits began sponsorship of the award for the 2002 season, fans have cast more than 6.3 million votes in one of NASCAR's oldest and most coveted awards.
