Firestone Class Action Lawsuit Hearing Postponed
March 17 BUSINESS WIRE The court hearing on the motion to certify the lawsuit against Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. for alleged defects in its Firestone Steeltex tire series as a national class action has been postponed by California Superior Court Judge Christopher J. Sheldon. The hearing was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25 at the Riverside Branch of the California Superior Court in Indio. The hearing has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 17, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 2-H of the Riverside Branch.
